Shipping Methods
At Goodstoreing, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information to better understand our shipping timelines and policies.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours after placement. Please note that business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day (usually Monday morning). Delays may occur during these periods, so we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All packages are shipped via international postal services. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal conditions. While many orders arrive sooner, some international shipments may take up to 15–30 days for delivery. We kindly ask for your understanding should delays occur.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 for all orders. Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping to any destination.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled, as it has already left our warehouse. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally before your order enters the shipping process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if you provided a valid email address at checkout). You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Backordered Items
In the event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, your order will remain active in our system. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is back in stock and shipped. If you prefer not to wait, you may contact us to cancel the backordered item or modify your order.
International Orders
We are proud to ship worldwide! However, for security reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any order where the billing country differs from the shipping country. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
